7 Random Facts about Me

Last week I was tagged by Melanie at Tip-Toeing around Mid-life, she shared some random facts about her opinions, feelings, likes and dislikes. This is always a task that I find interesting! It is neat to learn about fellow bloggers, as well as share information about yourself.

The challenge is to give 7 random facts about yourself and then tag others from blogs that you like to do the same. Make sure to remind them to do it!

Here are 7 random facts about myself:

  1. I always wanted to have my first child by the time I was 27. (I will be 26 in September, and am getting married in the same month, therefore no babies for a bit)
  2. When I was young (about 4 or 5) I saw my grandfather shaving, and wondered how I would have the patience to shave my face every day, maybe I would have a full beard like my daddy...?
  3. I love, LOVE, chocolate. I have even eaten chocolate pasta.
  4. My favourite colour is orange. I had an orange car once, Carlos, he unfortunately suffered a painful passing.
  5. I am a closet Fantasy and Folklore based movie watcher.
  6. I am addicted to learning, and thought at one point I might be a student for the rest of my life. (turns out I am, I just don't pay the millions in post-secondary education anymore)
  7. My dream destination (aside from another trip to Newfoundland) is South America, specifically Peru.

    Hey! We're nearly the same age. :) And I, too, am going 'chocolate pasta!?' Was it amazing? Me - I love chocolate *and* pasta, so it sounds like heaven. :)

    It was amazing, served with whipped cream, berries and chocolate sauce, as dessert for a friends Birthday!
