1-2 packages graham crackers
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup sliced almonds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Grease lightly and line with graham crackers a cookie sheet, approx 15x10” with edge. Melt butter, and add sugar, sliced almonds and 2 tbsp sesame, then pour over graham crackers. Bake at 350˚F for 8 minutes, cool slightly and cut into squares.
*watch them while baking, the butter and sugar mixture will still be bubbly when removed from the oven. And don’t let them cool completely in the pan or you will not be able to lift them off.
And there we have it! Day 7 all wrapped up in a simple and tasty cookie. And all with ingredients you might just have hiding in your pantry.
